We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied then please contact us on haze_enquiries@outlook.com to discuss a return or refund. Please be advised that you are entitled to a full refund if you return your product to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Alternatively, if you would like to discuss a replacement then we will be happy to discuss this with you on an individual basis. We will only accept returns if your order is unused. We do not cover postage costs to return items.
